Honeycomb is a sweet, caramelized flavor often found in coffee from East Africa, particularly Ethiopia and Kenya. It has a rich, honey-like sweetness with a hint of nuttiness and a slightly chewy mouthfeel, reminiscent of biting into a piece of honeycomb.
