Welcome to Cuppin’

By using Cuppin’, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our service.

What is Cuppin’?

Cuppin’ is a platform for coffee enthusiasts to:

  • Record and track coffee cupping notes and scores
  • Discover new coffees, roasters, and flavor profiles
  • Share coffee experiences with the community
  • Access brewing recipes and techniques

Your Account

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Cuppin’
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Keep your contact information current

Acceptable Use

You May

  • Use Cuppin’ for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Share honest reviews and cupping notes
  • Connect with other coffee enthusiasts respectfully
  • Share coffee-related content that you own or have permission to share

You May Not

  • Post spam, harassment, or offensive content
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to access or interact with our service
  • Share false or misleading information
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Interfere with other users' enjoyment of the service

Your Content

When you post content on Cuppin’, you:

  • Retain ownership of your content
  • Grant us a license to display and distribute your content on Cuppin’
  • Are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content
  • Agree that we may remove content that violates these terms

Service Availability

We strive to keep Cuppin’ available, but:

  • We may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues
  • We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to technical failures
  • We recommend regularly exporting your important data

Intellectual Property

Cuppin’ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Needmore Designs and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Cuppin’ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Actions or content of other users
  • Technical failures or service interruptions

Termination

Either party may terminate your account:

  • You may delete your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • We may terminate accounts with reasonable notice for operational reasons
  • Upon termination, your right to use Cuppin’ ends immediately

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Cuppin’ after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Needmore Designs is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
