Full Immersion Method

A simple immersion-only method similar to French Press but with paper filtration. Produces a full-bodied, rich cup with clean flavors and no sediment.

Ingredients

Water 15g
Brew Amount 250ml
Dose Medium-coarse (coarser than V60)
Temperature 94°C
Yield 1:16.7
Filter V60 paper filter
Rinse filter and preheat Switch with valve closed
0:10
Add coffee grounds and level the bed

Start timer and pour all 250ml water in 30 seconds

Give a gentle stir to ensure all grounds are saturated

Place lid or cover to retain heat

At 4:00, remove lid and break the crust with a gentle stir

Open valve and let coffee drain completely
15:30
Should finish by 5:00. Enjoy your clean, full-bodied cup
