Water 400ml
Temperature 93°C
Grind Medium
Ratio 1:16
Time 3:30

Brewing Steps

Place dripper and rinse filter thoroughly
Add 25g coffee ground medium
Level bed by tapping brewer gently
0:45
Pour 50g water for bloom, saturate evenly
1:30
Pour to 200g in slow, controlled circles
2:30
Pour to 400g maintaining steady pour rate
4:30
Let draw down completely
