Temperature 93°C
Grind Coarse
Ratio 1:15.4
Time 4:00

Brewing Steps

Heat French press with hot water
Add 65g coffee ground coarse
Pour 1 liter water at 93°C

Stir twice gently after 30 seconds

Place lid on press, wait until 4:00 total
Press plunger down steadily over 10 seconds
Serve immediately to prevent over-extraction
