Coffee 30g
Water 500ml
Temperature 96°C
Grind Coarse
Ratio 1:16.7
Time 5:00-8:00

Brewing Steps

Preheat French press with hot water
Add 30g coarse ground coffee
Start timer and pour 500ml water at 96°C
4:00
At 4:00, stir top crust layer to break it
9:00
At 5:00, remove foam from surface with spoons
Insert plunger just below surface (do not press down)
Wait 5-8 minutes total before pouring
Pour gently without pressing plunger
