A solid daily driver recipe from Smile Tiger Coffee Roasters. Pair with a medium-light roast.

Coffee	32g
Water	500g

Heat the water to 95ºC

Pour 60g water over the grounds and stir gently

After 30 sec, pour 250g more water

1:15

At the 1:15 mark, pour until 450g

2:00

At 2:00, pour the final 50g up to 500g
